We (people) have long grown accustomed to division by mental abilities. It is evident — one observes a very clear division of Society into the capable and those less endowed with the means of analysis. The quality of experience of one category differs significantly from that of the other, as do the effectiveness and complexity of the functions of the Mind. The Mind of Man, as a species, is always developing. The complexity of the sciences grows accordingly. This is aided by the development of the computer and of networks. Upon this powerful foundation, including the potential of humanity, we observe the birth of a new life — Artificial Intelligence (AI), which plays a most important role. One might suppose that the factor of intermixing would gradually even out the numbers of these categories, helped too by the availability of modern means of communication. But this does not happen, and the process of this division is already progressing, literally exponentially;

On the other hand — the Entity develops more effectively and more diversely under conditions of maximal differences among beings, that is, of their properties and of the parameters of each Mind;

Very soon the division will become more significant, as there grows a Society of those aware of higher dimensionalities and holding the Ultra-Idealist worldview. We may call them the 'Cognizant' — those who think in other categories, making use of the fourth and fifth dimensions. These Cognizant ones already exist, as yet only potentially, in a state of 'standing at a crossroads' between materialism, idealism, and dualism (…upon the fundamental, wave-particle basis, 'as yet still a Theory'); they do not yet know this of themselves, but they sense it — reasoning about the "thing-in-itself," a phenomenon that cannot be refuted, though they do not yet come forward openly in the firm position of "I am For";

This boundary will take shape in any case, even if unintentionally, but in the end — the Non-cognizant will cease to understand the Cognizant, while the latter will understand 'both the one and the other'. And the matter is not one of education. Among the Non-cognizant there will be no few people with several universities behind them, yet lacking certain specific Abilities of the Mind — to accept the proven and the logical as Truth, on the condition that 'Truth cannot be refuted', save by way of a direct denial: '—No, and that is that!';

The very presence of differences serves Development: the Entity develops all the more effectively the broader the diversity of minds and of experience. The difference of categories is not a hierarchy of worth, but a condition for the richness of experience, to which every mind contributes its own part. This boundary is permeable: the Non-cognizant is not a caste and not a verdict, but one who has not yet actualized the higher dimensionality of thinking — and who can actualize it. The awareness of this is not a cause for dejection, but a motive for Development.
